Have you ordered a product from our online store and you are not satisfied with it or it does not fit you? No problem at all, we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money within 14 days.
Reasons for returning goods

Exchange of unused goods, in case of wrong size, color, dimensions and the like.

Return of goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Claims for goods within 2 years from the purchase of the goods due to a defect in the product.
We ask customers to return the goods within 14 days in the original packaging, incl. tags. In the case of fur accessories, please return the original packaging materials (box) that were delivered to you.
